We opened The HUB as a place where local independent business owners and the self employed could come and work, learn, develop and grow.

We have a range of options available from a single desk to a large open space for up to 50 people. Take a look below at the options we have for you to come and enjoy The HUB in all its glory.

EVENTS & TRAINING

The HUB’s Working Lounge is multi-area space for up to 50 people. The event space is a large area covering the whole of the downstairs of the Hub and includes its own lounge, quiet area, self-serve kitchen and dedicated WiFi with superb speeds. Sits 50 theatre / conference style, 40 people working on desks.

Pricing

Prices start at £150 for a half-day access to the working lounge, which includes the training zone, table area, quiet lounge and open-space kitchen. A full day booking starts at £250.

EVENING EVENT SPACE

The HUB’s Working Lounge can be booked by the hour after 5.30pm. We’ve hosted evening networking, pamper parties for kids, clothes swap charity events and much more!

Pricing

Prices start at £40 for a minimum 2-hour booking and £20 per hour thereafter.

HOT-DESKING / OFFICE HIRE

The HUB has a hot-desking room with three desks. You can rent a desk for a few hours, or for the day, or book out the whole room for a co-working day. There’s free WiFi, unlimited tea and coffee and ample free parking. Hot-desking membership also available.

Pricing

Our hot-desking room costs £75 for a half day and £150 for a full day. 

INFORMAL WORKSPACE

When the working lounge isn’t being used for events, it’s open to the public and you’re welcome to come and find a comfortable spot to enjoy a coffee, catch up with a colleague or catch up on some emails.

As a general rule, the lounge is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 2pm. When planning your visit, check the take a look at the schedule below to check whether the lounge is open on the day you want to visit.

Pricing

A charge of £12 per session includes unlimited tea and coffee, WiFi and power. You can also block-book 4 sessions for £40. MINT Business Club members get up to 4 sessions included in their monthly membership.

MARKET PLACE

The HUB showcases products by local independent businesses and makers. MINT Business Club Showcase Membership is available for retail businesses who want to rent a shelf or area of the working lounge to display and sell their products.

How it works

The Market Place is open to the public Tuesday to Saturday 10am-2pm. The shop may be closed for some private events. Check our opening times and event schdeule for details.

SERVICED OFFICES (FULL)

The HUB is home to several small businesses, who occupy the offices upstairs (and the garage). 

There’s no availability right now, but feel free to get in touch and we can pop your name down should that change in future.
